Gail Rogers wrote rules articles for the Northern California Golf Association’s member magazine for nearly 10 years. She has officiated in more than 50 USGA championships and the Curtis Cup, and teaches two-day rules workshops for volunteer tournament officials. The training program developed during her tenure as Director of Education at the NCGA has been shared with regional associations throughout the United States and Mexico.
